Reiki Level 1 & 2 Package

Reiki Level 1 (Level I)

The Level 1 class teaches the history and uses of Reiki healing, a Reiki meditation for daily practice, and other tools that lessen the effect of others' emotional states on yours. The class ends with a group meditation, ceremonial ritual, and journaling.

Reiki Level 2 (Level 2)

In Reiki Level 2A (IIA) you will learn half of the Reiki symbols, how to do a self- Reiki session and a full-body Reiki session. You will practice on yourself and a model or classmate. The class ends with a group meditation, ceremonial ritual, and journaling.

**There is an optional six month long practicum (mentorship program) to develop your skills as a newly certified Reiki Practitioner. This program includes (6) supervised 60-minute sessions with your class instructor. Enrollment includes monthly Healing Attunement sessions for you. 

Reiki Level 1 (Level I)

Learn all about energy and how it is implemented in the Japanese healing modality, Reiki ("ray-key"). Reiki, meaning "light energy," is a century-old practice which helps you to center and align yourself mentally & physically. It is especially beneficial for Empathic or Highly Sensitive People, caretakers, parents, or anyone in a position that serves others.

It can be used on yourself, pets, plants, people, and the planet. It aligns chakras and allows free-flowing life force energy (chi/ ki) to permeate cells and unblock meridians. The potency of Reiki energy increases with every level of study.
